Long Pond Cottage!  An idyllic get-a-way in South Yarmouth!

In January of 2008, I purchased my "2nd" vacation home on Cape Cod!  The last one I owned in the late 1990's was at the other end of the Cape, and I have always regretted selling that place!

Taking advantage of the "Buyer's Market", I found this delightfully charming 1947 ranch home that had been owned by the same family since it was built!  Needless to say, it was a wreck and needed lots of love & attention (including building an entirely new chimney, since the "old Cape Codger" who lived there burned everything & anything he could find, and blew out the firebox!).

So, re-finished floors, an entirely new paint scheme, lots of re-wiring, a new chimney and a significant investment in furnishing the place, it's just perfect!  The previous Owner was a Master Carpenter, so the bones of the property were fantastic, and the trim details within the house make it a cozy & relaxing place to vacation (for myself, and my tenants).  Each of the 3 bedrooms has a little "nook" that is the perfect spot to steal away some time for reading a good book.  There are 2 fireplaces, 2 full bathrooms and a completely fenced rear yard (for my four-legged children!).

In 2011, the master bathroom was completely renovated. In 2017 the guest bathroom was expanded and renovated. In 2019, a brand new kitchen welcomes all my guests to cook great meals!

It's heated year round, and is a perfect spot for an off-season vacation.

Highlands Haven! A spacious Cape in Dennis!

In 2022, after 15+ years of successfully renting my Long Pond Cottage, I decided to add to my real estate portfolio and purchased a 2nd vacataion rental property on Cape Cod. Significantly larger than the first house, this property offers a more "modern" and colorful selection for your vacation memories.  With a larger yard (fully fenced) a fully finished basement and a 3rd full bathroom, it's a great option on the North side of the Cape, within easy reach to all the Bayside beaches in Dennis!
